Professional Dispatch.
Reliable Freight Support.

Our dispatch team works for you — sourcing loads, negotiating rates, and managing backend paperwork — while you stay focused on driving. Two flexible setup options built around your business.

What Our Dispatch Service Actually Does for You

A lot of owner-operators think dispatch just means someone finds them a load. That's the minimum. Our dispatch service is built to function as your back-office business partner — handling everything except the driving.

Finding quality freight while managing driving hours can be time-consuming. We monitor market lane rates, work directly with verified brokers, and negotiate professionally to secure competitive rates for your equipment.

When you work with our dispatch team, you're not buying a software subscription. You get a dedicated dispatcher who understands your truck, your schedule, and your preferred lanes — working every day to keep your equipment rolling efficiently.

1

You Tell Us What You Run

We learn your truck, your home base, your preferred states, your equipment type (flatbed or dry van), and your weekly goals. That becomes your dispatch profile.

2

We Source and Negotiate Loads

Our team works the boards, calls our broker contacts, and finds loads that fit your lane — then negotiates rate until it's worth your time. You only see the loads we've already worked.

3

You Accept or Decline — Always Your Call

We send you the offer with rate, pickup, delivery, and miles. You say yes or no. We never book a load without your approval.

4

We Handle the Paperwork

Rate confirmation, BOL coordination, check call scheduling, and delivery documentation — we handle the back end so you stay focused on the road.

5

You Get Paid — Complete Back-Office Support

We assist with invoicing coordination and rate confirmations, helping you maintain consistent operations load by load.

Pick the Option That Fits Your Situation

You have two paths to work with our dispatch team. Both give you the same full-service dispatch support — the difference is which MC authority your truck runs under.

Option 1

Run Under Your Own Authority

Best for: Owner-operators with their own MC/DOT number already established

  • You operate under your own MC and DOT number
  • We source loads, negotiate rates, and handle paperwork on your behalf
  • You maintain full independence and legal authority over your operation
  • Your insurance, your FMCSA authority, your business — we just work for you
  • Ideal for established operators who want dedicated load sourcing and administrative support
  • Standard dispatch fee/percentage applies — call for exact rates
  • Who this is for: Drivers who already have their operating authority set up and want a professional team handling their load sourcing and rate negotiation so they can focus on driving.

When you're dispatched through Million Dollar Transport, here's exactly what our team handles on your behalf.

    Load Board Search

We search DAT, Truckstop.com, and direct broker networks daily to find loads that match your equipment and preferred lanes.

    Rate Negotiation

We negotiate hard. We know what lanes pay, what brokers have room, and how to push for a better rate before you ever see the offer.

    Rate Confirmations & BOLs

We handle the rate con, coordinate the BOL with the shipper, and make sure all paperwork is in order before you roll.

    Check Calls & Communication

We handle broker check calls and status updates so you don't have to answer the phone while you're driving.

What Drivers Ask Before Signing Up

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term lock-in. We believe our service quality and transparent communication should earn your business every day. We discuss service terms clearly upfront with no complicated commitments.
What equipment types do you dispatch?
We specialize in flatbed and dry van. If you're running one of these equipment types, we can dispatch you. Contact us to discuss your specific setup.
Can I decline loads I don't want to run?
Absolutely. We never book a load without your explicit approval. Every offer comes to you — rate, pickup, delivery, miles — and you decide. You're the owner-operator; it's your truck and your call.
I don't have my own MC number yet. Can I still work with you?
Yes — that's exactly what Option 2 is for. You can operate under our MC authority while you build your business. You get the same full dispatch support, typically at a lower percentage than the own-authority option. Call us to discuss the details.
How does the dispatch fee work?
Our dispatch fee is a percentage of the load rate confirmed on the rate con — discussed and agreed upon transparently before we begin working together. Call or message us for full fee schedules based on your setup (own authority vs. under our MC).
