Million Dollar Transport LLC operates as a licensed motor carrier in interstate commerce. All freight services are provided subject to and in accordance with applicable federal motor carrier regulations, including but not limited to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations and applicable U.S. Department of Transportation requirements.

Specific terms governing individual freight shipments, including cargo liability, claims procedures, and delivery commitments, are governed by the applicable bill of lading, rate confirmation, and carrier agreement in effect for each individual shipment. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the specific service agreement shall control.

4. Dispatch Services

Dispatch services provided by Million Dollar Transport to owner-operators are subject to a separate dispatch service agreement that will be reviewed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. The descriptions of dispatch services on this Site are intended to provide a general overview only. Specific terms including dispatch fee percentages, operational arrangements, MC authority configurations, and responsibilities of each party are governed by the dispatch service agreement.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of a specific load volume, minimum gross revenue, or specific rate per mile. Actual earnings depend on market conditions, available freight, driver availability, and other factors outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Million Dollar Transport LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from this Site without our express written permission.
