If you have opted in to SMS communications from Million Dollar Transport, the types of text messages you may receive include:

• Load updates: Notifications regarding pickup times, delivery windows, delays, or other changes to an active load;
• Dispatch confirmations: Confirmation of load bookings, rate confirmations sent via text, and related dispatch communications for owner-operators;
• Documentation coordination: Requests or confirmations related to bill of lading, rate confirmations, proof of delivery, or other freight documentation;
• Service status updates: Updates regarding the status of a freight quote inquiry, dispatch onboarding, or active service engagement;
• Check-call coordination: Status check requests or updates related to an active load or delivery;
• General service communications: Responses to questions or inquiries you have sent us via phone, form, or text, where a text reply is the most efficient means of communication.

All messages are transactional or service-related in nature. We will not send promotional offers, advertising campaigns, or unsolicited marketing content via text message.

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Million Dollar Transport through any of the following methods:

• Web Form: By submitting the contact or quote request form on our website and providing your phone number, you acknowledge that you may be contacted via text message in connection with your inquiry. Consent language is displayed on the form at the point of submission.

• Dispatch clients (owner-operators): May receive multiple messages per day when active loads are being coordinated, including load offers, pickup confirmations, check-call requests, and delivery updates.
• Shippers and brokers: Will receive messages only in direct connection with active freight inquiries or loads, which may range from occasional to multiple messages per load.
• General inquirers: May receive one or a small number of messages in connection with responding to your submitted inquiry.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. The charges assessed by your mobile carrier for sending and receiving text messages depend on your specific mobile plan. Million Dollar Transport is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your mobile carrier. If you are unsure whether your plan includes unlimited texting, please contact your mobile carrier before opting in.

6. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of SMS communications from Million Dollar Transport at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.

After texting STOP:

• You will receive a single confirmation text acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed;
• No further SMS messages will be sent to your number from our program;
• Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive service from us via phone or email;
